摘要
用绵羊、家鸡、麻鸭、家鸽、家兔、白鼠、牛蛙及人的 A、 B、 AB、 O型血共 1 1种血细胞对福建常见的 1 1种软体动物进行了凝集素的筛选实验 ,结果表明 ,91 %的动物粗蛋白提取液至少能凝集 2种以上红细胞 .绵羊红细胞对软体动物凝集素最敏感 ,同时发现实验动物凝集素与绵羊红细胞发生凝集反应的适宜 p H为 6 .5~ 8.0 ,而其对高温的耐受性则各不相同 ,其中河蚬、菲律宾蛤仔、短蛸的凝集素具有较高的热稳定性 ,在 95℃ ,1 5 min处理后仍有活性 .各种动物凝集素的凝集性能可以分别被不同的糖所抑制 ,但均可被 0 .0 2mol/L EDTA抑制 .
11native erythrocytes of vertebrates, e.g. sheep,duck,domestic dove, rabbit, white mice, and human A, B, AB, O groups, are used to detected the agglutinins from 11 species of Molluscks in Fujian The results showed that 91% protein solution have hemagglutination to no less than 2 kinds of erythrocytes and SRBS' sensitivity to agglutination is the highest.The agglutination needs pH 6.5~8.0 as fit action conditions, but shows different tolerance to heat treatment. The hemagglutination activity can be inhibited by different kinds of saccharide and 0.02 mol/L EDTA.
