摘要
结合临床经验介绍人工肝应用中适应症选择、具体技术合理化应用、生物人工肝研究现状和人工肝联合肝移植治疗肝衰竭.认为在我国人工肝适应症可适当放宽,重型肝炎特别是早中期重型肝炎适合人工肝治疗.人工肝技术应进行个体化选择,必要时可联合使用.生物人工肝,特别是组合型生物人工肝是具有前途的人工肝技术.人工肝和肝移植结合应用可达到良好效果.
This article introduces the appropriated indications and rationalized selection of artificial liver support system, the present situation on study of bioartificial liver, and the possible combination of artificial liver and liver transplantation according to the clinical experience of the Drum Tower Hospital. It is proposed that in China artificial liver support system could be applied to the patients in the early and middle stage of severe hepatitis. The individual principle should be employed in the selection of artificial liver. Sometimes different technology could be used together in such treatment. Bioartificial liver, especially hybrid bioartificial liver, is a hopeful technique. When the antificial liver is combined with liver transplantation, the effects will be better.
