摘要
介绍了对干部进行考核的评测系统。评测信息利用光标阅读机 (OMR)自动采集 ,也可由人工录入。评测的指标体系由用户设定。系统依据模糊综合评判机制 ,提供了一种灵活通用的测评框架 ,以适应不同的评测内容。
This paper introduces the cadre evaluation system. The evaluation information can not only be collected from OMR (Optical Mark Recognition), but also be input by hand . The evaluation items can be set by user . According to formula of fuzzy and compositive judge,this system provides a flexible and all-purpose evaluation framework,so as to adapt to the different objets of evaluation.
