一种纳米铂水溶胶的制备及其在电化学上的应用 被引量:5

摘要 在柠檬酸盐体系的基础上 ,结合电化学应用的需要 ,发展还原引发剂 -柠檬酸盐体系 ,分别制备了由硼氢化钠和甲醇作还原引发剂 ,在柠檬酸盐体系中制备了不含有PVP等保护剂的纳米铂水溶胶。不仅简化了PtCl2 -6的柠檬酸盐体系的条件 ,且缩短了制备纳米铂所需时间。透射电镜和纳米粒子分布仪显示制备的纳米铂水溶胶粒径为 5- 8nm左右。制得的纳米铂水溶胶能通过电泳法修饰到电极表面上 ,表现出良好的电化学活性及催化活性。 Based on a standard method ,a simpler approach to fabricate Pt hydrosol is developed. In this method, we used NaBH 4 and CH 3OH asreduction-promotor.A brown stable Pt collidal was prepared without poisoning stabilisers (e.g.PVP ) . Hydrosol particles of mean diameter d c≈5-8nm was showed by TEM and ZETASIZER3000HS A.These particles were immobilized on a Au eletrode under anodic polarization to form stable Pt col /Au electrodes.Immobilised Pt particles pronounced adsorption of hydrogen and oxygen similar to pure Pt materials with electroactivity and high electrocatalytic activity.
