摘要
运用对蓝细菌和硅藻 16SrRNA特异的引物对 ,将稻田土壤中提取的总DNA进行PCR扩增后 ,通过DGGE技术对PCR产物进行分析 .结果表明 ,在水稻生长的不同时期 ,稻田蓝细菌及硅藻种群也在变化 ,田间不同位置蓝细菌及硅藻种类也有所不同 。
Segments of 16S rRNA genes from cyanobacteria and diatom plastids were retrieved from paddy field samples by DNA extraction and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and subsequently analyzed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The results showed that the species of cyanobacteria were changed in different spots of paddy field and different period of time, but there were dominant strains in each period.
