纯钛表面牙周韧带细胞形成物骨钙素的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:以骨钙素为细胞分化指标,探讨商用纯钛表面牙周韧带细胞形成物的特征。方法:将牙周韧带细胞和纯钛进行复合培养,分别在第8天,第16天和第24天取材,免疫荧光染色原位观察骨钙素的表达。结果:第8天后,牙周韧带细胞在纯钛表面即可形成复层生长,并持续高表达骨钙素。结论:牙周韧带细胞在纯钛表面有向成骨样细胞分化的趋势,表现为形成高度表达骨钙素的类组织。 Objective: To observe the expression of osteocalcin in periodontal ligament cells culturedon commerciallypure titanium (cpTi). Methods: cpTi discs cultured with periodontal ligament cells were collected at 8,16 and 24 daysfor immunoflourence staining of osteocalcin. Results: Periodontal ligament cells cultuered on cpTi formed mineralizingmultilayer which intensely expressed osteocalcin. Conclusion: Periodontal ligament cells cultured on cpTi were inclinedto differentiate to osteoblast-like cells.
