2050件金属烤瓷修复体边缘适合性临床观察

The clinical observation of edge compatibility in 2050 PFM cases

目的:临床观察金属烤瓷冠、桥修复体的边缘适合性,并对其边缘适合性差的表现,进行临床和技工室两方面的原因探讨。方法:对2050件金属烤瓷冠、桥修复体在每件试戴时按事先拟定的指标,逐一进行临床检查并记录。结果:金属烤瓷单冠的边缘适合性差者占1%,而金属烤瓷固定桥或联冠边缘适合性差者占5.84%。结论:金属烤瓷单冠的边缘适合性远较金属烤瓷固定桥或联冠理想,在固定桥或联冠的制作中,临床要特别注意基牙的共同就位道,技工室在有条件时可分段铸造、焊接完成。

Objective: To observe the edge compatibility of porcelain-fused-to-metal crown (PFM) and porcelain-fused-to-metal fixed bridge(PFMB).To study the reasons of manifestation of edge compatibility clinically andmechanically. Methods: 2050 PFM and PFMB cases were examined and recorded one by one when trying on accordingto the fitted index. Results: The incongruence rate of PFM(single)is 1%,but PFMB(connected )is 5.84%.Conclusion: The edge compatibility of PFM(single)is better than PFMB (connected ) . When making it,specialattention should be paid to the common path of insertion between abutments in clinic. If it is possible, the bridge can becast in fractions and soldered in mechanical room.
