Study of methods for removing post pin of bad prosthesis

目的:探讨拆除不良修复体桩钉方法。方法:根据不同类型桩钉及根面所处位置,分别采用钳取、根尖挺挺出及钻磨取钉等方法。结果:202只桩钉均顺利拆除,未发生牙根折裂、侧穿或松动。结论:按常规要求,根据具体状况,能较好拆除根管内桩钉。

Objective: To observe the methods of removing the bad prosthesis post pin. Method: The separate application of clamp,root elevator or drilling root canal according to different type of post pin and place of root surface. Results:202 post pin are successfullyremoved. Such things as root breakage, lateral transcementum or slack root don't occur. Conclusion: According to routine demand andconditions of root and post pin, post pin of bad prosthesis will be successfully removed through different operation.
