Refixation of fractured skull bone fragments with titanium clamp system

摘要 目的 探讨外伤性骨折的颅骨骨瓣回复固定方法。 方法  2 0 0 1年 1~ 11月行开颅手术的头部外伤患者中有 5 2例骨瓣碎裂呈多块 ,其中 2 4例应用颅骨钛铆钉回复固定颅骨骨折片 ,分析其术中操作、术后临床观察及CT检查等情况。 结果 以颅骨钛铆钉固定颅骨骨折片固定牢固、平整 ,术后CT检查示回复的颅骨骨瓣无错位、变形。 结论 应用颅骨钛铆钉回复固定颅骨骨折片操作简便快速、牢固可靠 ,是骨折的颅骨骨瓣回置固定的一种新方法 。 Objective To discuss refixation of fractured skull bone fragments with titanium clamp system (CranioFix). Methods A retrospective analysis of refixation of fractured skull bone fragments was made. From January 2001 to November 2001, we operated on 52 patients with fractured bone fragments. Bone fragments of 24 patients were refixed with CranioFix. We also evaluated the operation, the postoperative clinical observation, the CT scanning and so on. Results Refixation of bone fragments with CranioFix was convenient and easy to accomplish. Fixed skull bone fragments with CranioFix were firm with an excellent cosmetic results. Postoperative cranial CT revealed no bone fragments deformed. Conclusions CranioFix is a new method of refixation for fractured skull bone fragments, which is worth recommending in neurosurgical operation.
