摘要
为增加味蕾细胞的形态学资料 ,本实验应用常规电镜技术 ,首次观察了横切的人轮廓乳头味蕾细胞。在这些横切面中 ,依据细胞的外形、电子密度、局部解剖关系的不同 ,可以将人味蕾细胞明确区分为亮细胞和暗细胞两种。亮细胞 :圆形或卵圆形 ,胞质电子密度较小 ;暗细胞 :外形不规则 ,胞质电子密度较大 ,有呈片层状的胞质突起 ,伸出突起可分隔邻近的亮细胞。这些发现对于制定人味蕾细胞的形态学分类标准 ,有重要的参考价值 ,并能促进对味蕾细胞分化。
Human vallate buds cells in transverse sections have been observed by electron microscopy.The results show us that dark(type Ⅰ)and light (type Ⅱ)cells were easily distinguished by their relative electron density,shape and topological relationships.Cells with electron-lucent cytoplasm(light cells)were circular or oval in outline,while those with electron-dense cytoplasm(dark cells)had an irregular outline with sheetlike cytoplasmic projections that separated adjacent light cells.These findings are valuable for classification of taste cells and should facilitate further studies of taste cell development,differentiation and regeneration.
