国人股骨的形态学特征及其临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解股骨的形态学特征 ,对于股骨损伤后的治疗与康复等具有重要的临床意义 ,也可以为人类学研究积累资料。方法 本文测量了 2 5 0例 (男性 10 9,女性 14 1)在成都地区收集到的成人股骨各个部位的径线、扭转角和颈干角 ,并计算出与股骨形态相关的指数。结果  (1)男性股骨各径线均大于女性。 (2 )男、女性股骨各径线指标绝大多数均无明显的侧别差异。 (3)男女性股骨均为扁形和正形居多。 (4)男、女股骨扭转角均为正值 ,无性别差异 ,其中 ,男性有侧别差异 (p <0 .0 5 )均为左侧大于右侧。 (5 )男、女股骨颈干角无性别差异 ,但均有明显的侧别差异 (p <0 .0 1)。 Objective It is of significance to understand the morphological characteristics of femurs which helps to heal and recover after the injures of the femurs and to accumulate some datum on anthropology. Method 250 femurs collected in Chengdu are measured about their diameters and angles and their indexes are worked out. Results 1.The diameters of male femurs are longer than female ones.2.There is little difference between the left and right about the diameters of male of female.3.Most of the femurs ( male and female ) are flat and square.4.The turning-round angles ( male and female ) are all positive values, not negative ones and there are no differences between the male and the female. The angles of left femurs are bigger than right ones. 5.As for the neck-trunk angles, there are on differences between the male and the female, but there are obvious differences between the left and the right, that is, the left is bigger than the right.
