窒息鼠脑组织型纤溶酶原激活物活性变化与脑水肿的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between the Changes of Activity of Tissue-Type Plasminogen Activator on Brains and Cerebral Edema in Asphyxia Status of Mice

摘要 目的 探讨窒息对鼠脑分泌组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (TPA )的影响与脑水肿的关系。 方法 通过“延迟剖宫产术”致胎鼠宫内窘迫 ,实验分空白对照组、窒息 15 min组、窒息 30 m in组 ;窒息 15 m in复氧 30 m in组 ,窒息 30 m in复氧 30 min五个实验组。每组各取 8例测试脑组织 TPA的活性及含水量。 结果 窒息后鼠脑 TPA活性与含水量均升高 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 窒息可致 TPA活性增高 ,同时发生脑水肿。高活性的 Objective\ To observed the relationship between the changes of the activity of tissue\|type plasminogen activator(TPA) of mice brains and cerebral edema in asphyxia.\ Methods\ Asphyxia was induced in new born mouse by performing a “delayed cesarean section”.\ The experiment was designed for a control group and 4 asphyxia groups to detect the activity of TPA and brain water content.\ Results\ TPA activity and water content of brains increased after asphyxia(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ Asphyxia can stimulate the rising the activity of TPA and induced cerebral edema after asphyxia.\ The damage of neurons may be associated with the increasing of the activity of TPA.\;
