摘要
目的 探讨银杏叶提取物 (EGb76 1)对冷冻所致兔脑水肿的保护作用及其机制。 方法 30只健康家兔随机分为三组 :对照组 (A组 )、脑水肿模型组 (B组 )和 EGb76 1处理组 (C组 )。各组分别在术后 6、2 4 h断头取脑测定脑组织含水量、脂质过氧化物 (L PO)含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。 结果 术后 6 h和 2 4 h,B组脑组织 L PO含量及脑组织含水量呈进行性增高、SOD活性则呈进行性下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;C组脑组织 L PO含量及脑组织含水量增加不显著 ,且 SOD活性回升 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 EGb76 1能有效地清除自由基 ,减轻脂质过氧化反应 。
Objective\ To investigate the protective effects of extract of Ginkgobiloba(EGb761) on cold\|induced brain edema in rabbits and its mechanism.\ Methods\ 30 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups.\ Group A was used as normal control; group B was model of brain edema; group C was model treatment with EGb761.\ Brain tissue samples were taken from rabbits in all groups at the 6th and 24th hour after operation and the LPO, SOD and water contents were measured.\ Results\ The brain LPO level and water content of group B increased progressively than that of group A at the above\|mentioned time(P<0 01), and that of group C were lower than group B(P<0 01); but the SOD activity of group B decreased progressively than that of group A at the fixed time(P<0 01), and that of group C were higher than group B(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ EGb761 can inhibite free radicals and improve cold\|induced brain edema and protect brain tissue.\;
