摘要 目的 研究葡萄球菌激酶的溶栓作用及其特点。 方法 家兔颈动脉挂线方法形成颈动脉血栓模型 ,并于给药前后取血测定优球蛋白溶解时间、纤维蛋白 (原 )降解产物值、纤维蛋白原含量。 结果 葡萄球菌激酶能明显降低家兔颈动脉血栓的湿重。溶栓过程中 ,优球蛋白溶解时间缩短 ,纤维蛋白 (原 )降解产物值增加 ,而血液中纤维蛋白原含量无明显变化。 Objective\ To study the thrombolytic effects of staphylokinase in exprimental carotid thrombosis model.\ Methods\ Model of carotid thrombosis in rabbit by thread mehtod was used.\ The euglobulin lytic time(ELT), the level of fibrin degration production(FDP) and fibrinogen in blood were assayed after intravenous infusion with staphylokinase and NS.\ Results\ Staphylokinase decreased the weight of thrombus of carotid of rabbits obviously.\ It also lessened ELT and increased the value of FDP, but no remarkable accompanying degradation of fibrinogen was observed.\ Conclusion\ Staphylokinase possesses excellent thrombolytic effects on thrombus.\;
