当归多糖对血瘀证动物免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响

Study on the pharmacological mechanism of angelica polysaccharide on the immunocompetence and the effects of its anti-oxidation

目的 :研究当归多糖 (angelicapolysaccharide ,ASP)对血瘀证大鼠的影响。 方法 :采用阿霉素造大鼠血瘀证模型 ,观察当归多糖对血瘀证动物免疫功能和抗氧化功能的作用。结果 :当归多糖可明显改善血瘀证大鼠免疫功能 ,其胸腺指数和脾脏指数明显升高 ,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、补体C5含量明显升高 ,升高心、脑、肾、胰四脏器超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,降低心、脑、肾、胰四脏器丙二醛 (MDA)含量 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of angelica polysaccharide(ASP) on SD rats model with blood stasis.METHODS Blood stasis was established with adriamycin and treated with ASP. The results of ASP on the immunocompetence and its anti-oxidation effects were observed.RESULTS Those rats with blood stasis treated with ASP were shown an increased index of thymus,index of spleen, IgG,IgM,C5. The activities of SOD increased and the amounts of MDA from heart, brain, kidney and pancreas decreased obviously in treatment groups too(P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).CONCLUSIONS ASP can improve the function of the immune system of SD rat model with blood stasis,it possesses anti-oxidation and immunocompetence effects.
