高效液相色谱法同时测定复方苯甲酸软膏中的苯甲酸和水杨酸含量

Dtermination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC

目的 :建立一种快速、准确的高效液相色谱法同时测定苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量。方法 :使用阴离子交换色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾 (30∶70 ) ,检测波长为 2 44nm。结果 :样品测定在 8min内完成 ,苯甲酸在 6 0～ 480mg·L-1范围内 ,r =0 .9995 ,RSD =0 .72 % ,平均回收率为 99.5 % ;水杨酸在 30～ 2 40mg·L-1范围内 ,r =0 .9995 ,RSD =0 .6 7% ,平均回收率为 10 0 .7%。结论

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment by HPLC. METHODS Particil-SAX as stationery phase, methanol- 0.05 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4(30∶70) as mobile phase. The internal standard was chloramphenicol, the wavelength of detection was 244 nm.RESULTS BA and SA were eluted in 8 min,in the concentration of BA 60～480 mg·L -1,r= 0.9995, RSD= 0.72%,the rate of average recovery was 99.5%;and in the concentration of SA 30～240 mg·L -1,r= 0.9995,RSD= 0.67%,the rate of average recovery was 100.7%.CONCLUSIONS The method can be used to determine the concentration of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment rapidly and accurately.
