薄层扫描法测定安宫宁胶囊中千层纸甲素A的含量

Determination of oroxylin-A in Angongning capsules by TLC-scanning

目的 :建立安宫宁胶囊中千层纸甲素A的含量测定方法。方法 :测定波长λS=315nm ,参比波长λR=36 0nm ,展开剂为苯 甲醇 冰醋酸 (95∶5∶0 .2 )。结果 :千层纸甲素A的平均回收率为 96 .96 % ,RSD =2 .1%。结论 :该方法简便、快速、准确 。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of oroxylin-A in Angongning capsules.METHODS The sample and reference wavelength was 315 nm and 365 nm respectively. The mobile phase was benzene-methanol-glacial acetic acid (95∶5∶ 0.2).RESULTS The rate of average recovery of oroxylin-A was 96.96%, and RSD= 2.1%.CONCLUSIONS The method is sample, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality controle of Angongnin capsules.
