摘要
通过对当前卫生行业面临的医学模式转变所带来的人们对医患关系的新认识,以及 中国加入WTO,医疗卫生行业所面临的机遇和挑战的分析,提出“人性化服务”的理念,并探讨医院 实行人性化服务的必要性,以及当前存在的问题和对策。
The article analyses people's new concepts on doctor- patient relationships resulted from the change of medical models, the new situation after China' s entry to WTO, and the challenges and opportunities faced by China's healthcare sector. On the basis of the analysis, the article suggests that hospitals should realize the importance and necessity of providing personalized patient care. The article also discusses the key issues and solutions concerned with implementing personalized patient care in hospitals.
