介绍了西门子公司 PCS7集散系统在鞍钢化工总厂精苯生产控制中的成功应用。实践证明 ,该系统稳定可靠 ,实践了模拟仪表无法完成的复杂算法及管理功能 ,而且其价格低于模拟系统 。
The successful application of Siemens PCS7 process control system in chemical refined benzene production control in Angang Chemical Plant is described. The practice shows the system is stable and reliable, and the complicated algorithm and management functions, which are not able to accomplish by the simulated instruments, are fulfilled. The price is lower than the simulated system and it is suitable for smaller industrial process control system.
