DC炉底阳极的研究

摘要 主要介绍了 DC炉底阳极的最新材料——导电镁碳砖。导电镁碳砖作底阳极具有耐侵蚀、易修补等特点。通过研究不同石墨加入量、不同预处理温度对镁碳砖导电性的影响 ,发现石墨加入量为 8%~ 14 %时 ,才能使导电、导热之间取得平衡。经过 13 0 0~ 15 0 0℃预处理 ,可使镁碳砖内形成一连续的石墨和半焦炭三维网络 。 A new material electric conducting magnesia carbon brick used for DC furnace bottom anode is briefly described. Using electric conducting magnesia carbon brick as fuenace bottom anode has the features of erosion resistance and easy repair. Through studying on the effects of different graphite addition and different pretreament temperature on the electric conductivity of magnesia carbon brick,it′s found the graphite addition of 8 percent to 14 percent can make heat conductivity and electric conductivity balanced. The pretreament at 1300℃ to 1500℃ can make a continuous tri dimentional network of graphite and semicoke form inside the magnesia carbon brick, thus make this brick become electric conduct.
