摘要
针对带钢热连轧生产工艺要求 ,详细讨论了飞剪处带钢头尾形状的在线自动识别及优化剪切问题 ,应用图像处理理论和相关专业知识 ,采用 CCD(Charge Coupled Device)电荷耦合器件摄像机检测方法 ,实现了对带钢的优化剪切。包含了十二个主题 :解决了在线跟踪、摄像、先验模板、噪声处理 (滤波 )、边缘提取、带钢割线集、带钢的最小剪切宽度判据、剪刃割线集、割线集合包容运算、带钢中心线平均表征温度。
The online auto-identification of head and tail shape of hot strip at flying shears and its optimum shearing are discussed in detail based on the production technology requirements for hot strip continuous rolling. The optimum shearing of strip has been realized by the use of image processing theory and related professional knowledge combining CCD (Charge Couple Device) camera testing technique. The problems such as online tracking, picture pick up, pre checking template, noise treatment (filtering), edge extraction, cutting line aggregation of strip, min. shearing width criterion of strip, cutting line aggregation of shear edge, line aggregation consistent calculation, average characterization temperature of strip center line, optimum shearing distance sending and transient display of strip width have been solved.
