摘要
总结了鞍钢 X5 2钢级管线钢热轧卷板的研制开发过程。钢的成分设计采用 Nb-Ti微合金化 ;钢的冶炼采用铁水预处理、真空处理、炉外精炼等措施 ,采用钙处理改变硫化物的形态 ,采用连铸坯代替模铸坯 ,减轻钢坯成分偏析 ;钢的轧制采用新建的 1780热轧带钢生产线。大批量生产表明 ,鞍钢 X5 2钢级热连轧卷板具有高纯净度、高韧性的特点 ,质量优良 ,产品性能稳定。
The development of hot rolled strip for X52 pipeline conveying oil or natural gas in Angang is described. This steel grade is Nb-Ti microalloying. The molten iron pretreatment, vacuum treatment and refining are adopted in smelt process to increase the steel cleaness. The calcium treatment is used to change the sulfide morphology. The CC billets are substituted for mould casting billets to reduce the composition segregation of steel.The steel is rolled in 1780 line. The batch production shows X52 grade has the features of high cleaness and high toughness, the product quality is excellent and the performance is stable.
