叶片振动的非概率可靠性研究 被引量:17

摘要 在分析影响叶片振动可靠性的不确定性因素的基础上,用非概率的凸集模型表述叶片振动参数的不确定性和共振频率区域的不确定性,将叶片振动的不确定性参数表述为区间变量,定义了叶片振动的非概率可靠性,建立了叶片振动非概率可靠性评估体系、方法及模型,并将其应用于航空发动机压气机、涡轮叶片的振动可靠性计算。研究结果表明,应用非概率可靠性评估叶片振动可靠性是合理可行的,且所需数据较少,特别适用于航空发动机等可靠性数据较少的贵重部件。 Based on the analysis of uncertain factors affecting the vibration reliability of blade, the uncertain property of the frequency zone of resonance and the vibration parameters of blade is described by the non-probabilistic convex models, the uncertain vibration parameters of blade is expressed as non-probabilistic interval variables, the non-probabilistic vibration reliability of blade is defined, the non-probabilistic reliability assessment system and method and model of blade vibration is presented, and is applied to the vibration reliability computing of compressor vane and turbine blade. It is proved by the research result that the test data needed is few and the non-probabilistic reliability is feasible and reasonable for vibration reliability assessment of blade, especially for those costly parts or system whose reliability data is most few such as aero-engine.
