液压系统向连铸机升降驱动辊供给的液压压力,应根据工艺要求进行设定计算。本文分析铸机正常工怍时驱动辊的压下力与铸坯内部鼓肚力的关系,鼓肚力的动态变化要求驱动辊的压下力也能较好地适应这种变化。文章提出驱动辊对铸坯压力的计算步骤和方法,并介绍处理滞坯的重引拔液压压力的确定方法。

Hydraulic pressures provided to pinch roll in CC machine should be calculated reasonably according to process demand. This article analyzes the relation between pinch roll press to toward slab and bulging strength. Dynamic change of bulging strength demands pinch roll press to match this Iransformation . At last this paper advances the method and way of the hydraulic pressure of the pinch roll, and introduces how to determine the hydraulic pressure in heavy draw mode.
