宝钢板坯连铸机结晶器铜板使用高强度铬锆铜合金材料;宽边铜板使用Ni+Cr镀层、Ni镀层、Ni-Fe镀层和Co-Ni镀层,窄边铜板使用Ni镀层、Ni-Fe镀层和NiCr自熔合金热喷涂涂层;同时还实施铜板均匀化强冷却和整体电镀加工等技术措施,确保结晶器铜板的较高寿命。
