介绍一套基于LabVIEW和PXI的轧机在线监诊系统。该系统功能丰富 ,能够获取和记录振动信号、工艺及设备参数 ,全面反映轧制过程的状态和振动纹信息。
An on-line monitoring and diagnostic system of the rolling mill is developed in this paper. The main function of this system includes displaying real-time vibration waveforms, alarming, analytical diagnosing and inquiring historic data. The system offers powerful technical assistance for production operation and equipment maintenance.
