This article expounds the rolling principle of the involute spiral spline, the calculation of semifinished product, the design of equipment and the selection of material, which conducts the research of the rolling machining. It is proved that the involute which is adopted by rolling technology can not only improve the production , but also improve the quality of the work piece.
