摘要
钼在冶炼之前 ,氧化钼粉必须预先压制成球块。目前企业中常见加工钼块的设备主要有两种 :其中一种是双辊相对旋转轧制型 ,另一种是利用摩擦压力机竖直方向压制型。两种机械都有功效低、球块质量差的缺点。本设备为采用PLC控制卧式全液压钼块成形机 ,克服了其他设备的不足 。
Before smelting operation, the molybdenum oxide powder has to be blocked briquetting Now , only 2 sorts of equipment are in use: One is the rool type briquetting machine and the other is the vertical friction press However, both are inefficient as well as the poor quality of their output A new kind of machine designed by us overcome the defects This paper stated the study of the machine with hydraulic transmission system and PLC control
