摘要 现有的对加工过程的研究都只侧重于它的几何特性 ,而忽略了它的物理特性。而由切削力引起的零件的变形将直接影响到零件的加工质量。这些因素是不能忽略的。本文对虚拟加工过程模型进行了研究 ,详细讨论了零件在加工过程中的基于Z -Buffer的中间模型的建立和计算方法并在该模型的基础上研究了材料切出过程中产生的瞬时切削力模型。该研究所依据的平台包括 :SolidWorks ,CAMWorks 。 Machining Process simulation at the geometric level is available, but the physical aspects of the process are ignored Machining success, however, depends on consideration of cutting forces and part deflection This paper reports research progress towards developing a comprehensive machining process model The geometric simulation is performed by using extended Z buffer models representing a workpiece and a tool swept volume In the physical simulation, instantaneous cutting force vectors acting on the cutter are computed The research is based on the platform of SolidWorks,CAMWorks and Cosmos/Works
