摘要
本文所叙述的 5 0 0kN液压拉力试验机是应用于电力系统的输变电建设中 ,是一个典型的机电液一体化设备 ,它包含了拉伸机构、液压系统、拉力传感器及计算机控制系统。针对拉力试验机的特殊工况要求 ,及原设备存在的缺点和不足 ,重点对其液压系统进行了更新和改造 ,同时对软件的控制算法作了相应的修改。改造后的拉力试验机具有操作方便。
The 500kN hydraulic pulling force testing machine discussed in this paper is used in power transmisson constructions It is a typical machine-electric-hydraulic equipment, containing drawing device, hydraulic system, pulling force sensor and computer control system In view of the special operating mode and the shortcommings of the former equipment, emphasis is put on improvement of the hydraulic system, at the sametime, relevant modifications are made in the control algorithm The improved pulling force test machine is convenient and safe to operate
