摘要 针对尾砂胶结充填制备过程中的充填浓度、搅拌桶液位和灰砂配比三个关键参数的控制以及相关参数的检测,研制了带微计算机的智能固体流量计和单回路测控仪,同其他智能化仪表构成-智能检测系统。考虑到充填过程的复杂性,难以建立精确的数学模型,所以,在不同的应用场合和不同的回路,研究开发了PID控制、智能控制以及智能PID混合控制等数十种控制算法,并用独特的软硬件方法实现了对充填制备过程的检测和控制。 In view of the controlling of three key parameters: filling density, liquid level of stirring barrel and ratio of cement to sand and the detecting of relative parameters in the cemented tailings filling and preparing process, we developed an intelligent solid flow-meter and a single-looped detecting and controlling device with a microcomputer. The meter and device together with other intelligent devices constitute an intelligent detecting system. Considering the complexity of filling process and difficulty of establishing accurate math model, we developed PID control, intelligent control and intelligent PID mixed control more than 10 control algorithms under the different circumstances and loops. At the same time, we exploited a distinctive software and hardware method to complete intelligent detection and control of the cemented filling and preparing process.4figs.,5refs.
