摘要
本文介绍了钢包炉外精炼喂丝机计算机控制系统的硬件和软件,对利用喂丝机进行钢包炉外精炼的工艺作了分析。该系统的喂丝机主机、计算机系统及电控部份已全部国产化,可以取代国外同类产品,经济效益明显,有较大的推广价值。
The paper describes the software and hardware of computer control system of feed-wire apparatus to refine outside furnaee. It analyzes the technology of refinemend steel outside furnace using feed-wire appardtus. The main machine, computer and electronic-controlled part of the apparatus had been made in our country, instead of foreign product. The result shows that its economic benefit is high and it is worth to extending.
