带有环境约束的国民经济系统消费跟踪控制模型及应用

A NATIONAL ECONOMIC CONSUMER TRACKING CONTROL MODEL WITH ENVIROMENTAL CONSTRAINS

本文以投入产出和最优控制理论为基础,建立了环境经济模型和国民经济消费跟踪控制模型。考虑到实际应用的需要,又将消费跟踪模型分为结构性治理模型和技术性治理模型。

Enviromental economic models and national economic consumer traking model which based on input-output theory and optimal control theory are proposed. For the purpose of application, the consumer tracking models are presented in two forms, structural control model and technical control model.
