摘要
本文首先叙述了业绩评价理论的发展过程 ,接着分析了基于知识经济时代业绩评价所面临的新问题 ,并以第五代战略管理理论为基础 ,结合智力资本在迈向知识经济时代在价值增值中的主导作用 ,提出了基于智力资本战略评价的理论与模式 ,即以顾客需求为导向 。
The paper describes the history of the theory about performance assessment and analyzes the new issues about performanec assessment in knowledge econmy. According to the fifth generation strategic management and the main role of intelligent capital in knowledge economy, the paper provides a new strategic measurement system based on intelligent capital: a strategic assessment and management system that focused on customer,based on competence.
