摘要
本文以20世纪科学技术史为背景,总结了4种科技创新模式及其在未来的发展趋势,通过对美、日等国家在20世纪实现跨越式发展的剖析,对我国在21世纪实现跨越式发展战略进行了有益的思考,强调了科技在实现跨越式发展战略中的重要地位和作用,同时探讨了在我国实现科技跨越式发展的可能性。
From a Perspective of scientific and technical history in the 20th century, the paper has summarized the mode of 4 kinds of scientific and technical innovation and their development trend in the future. Carried on helpful thinking in the 21st century to our country how to realize the overtaking and skipping development strategy through analysis of how to realize the overtaking and skipping development strategy in some countries, such as the United States and Japan, etc. in the 20th century. Emphasized the science and technology important position and function in realizing the overtaking and skipping development strategy and studied the possibility of realizing the overtaking and skipping development strategy on science and technology in China.
