摘要
信息技术投资是企业实现价值的主要手段 ,但是对信息技术的投资未必能实现预期的商业价值。本文从分析信息技术悖论入手 ,进而阐明信息技术投资必须与企业战略进行整合 ,并重构企业的价值链。根据信息技术对企业竞争优势的影响给出信息技术投资的价值计算公式。最后结合我国企业信息技术投资的实践提出相应的建议。
Information technology investment is a main tact for enterprise to realize its commerce valuation. But the truth is always not so. This thesis began with the Information Technology Paradox. We emphasized the coordination of information technology investment and the enterprise strategy. It's also important to reorganize the value chain of enterprise. We gave the calculate formula for information technology investment according to the affects to enterprise competent advantage. Finally, we gave the countermeasure combined with the practice of Chinese enterprise information technology investment.
