摘要
石油醚发泡剂是一种常用的塑料助剂 ,把它制成微胶囊形式不仅可解决它在生产、运输、贮存过程中易挥发损失 ,污染大气环境 ,存在火灾隐患的问题 ,而且可用于生产有特殊性能的低密度微泡泡沫塑料。研究中发现用两种不同化学工艺合成的高分子材料做壁材可制得石油醚微胶囊并取得较满意效果 ,用脲醛树酯和丙烯腈 -偏二氯乙烯共聚物为壁材制成的微胶囊都有良好的气密性和发泡性 ,它们在制备过程中又有各自的特点。
Petroleum ether is a kind of common used plastics auxiliary agent, if it is manufactured into microcapsular form,it can not only resolve the problems about its evaporated loss during the stage of manufacture,transportation and storage; atmosphere pollution and fire danger, but also can it be used as low density microbubble\|plastics forming agent with particular characters. It is found the petroleum microcapsules can be obtained by using the polymer material as microcapsular wall material and the resultant characters of this microcapsules is satisfactory. The polymer wall material is synthesised by two different kinds of chemical technology. The microcapsular wall materials made by urea\|formaldehyde resin and acrylonitrile\|vinylidene copolymer both get good gastighting and bubble\|producing properties. Their features in the producing process are different.
