新时期 ,思想政治工作面临着许多新的课题。研究新情况 ,解决新问题 ,把思想政治工作切实落到实处 ,是思想政治工作者应该认真研究和思考的问题。高校思想政治工作 ,应从建立科学有效的运行机制 ,提高思想政治工作者队伍的素质入手 ,重视干部教育和师德建设 ,坚持以人为本 ,大力开展校园文化活动。

Ideological politic work is facing a lot of new problems in the new period.The ideological politic workers are just to be required to earnestly study new situations,solve new problems and make the work fall down on reality.Ideological politic work in college should begin with establishment of scientific and effective operating system and enhancement of ideological politic worker's quality,attach importance to teach cadres and set fine teacher's morality,and launch energetically campuss activities on the basis of humanity.
