On the Construction of Modern Personality

现代人格的建构,是一个民族发展的脱胎换骨的艰难过程;是一个显性的、更是隐性的、潜移默化的变迁过程。这是时代给我们提出的课题,经济的全球化、文化的多元化、人际交往的复杂化,都要求我们对人格进行重新建构。而鲜明的主体性、豁达的开放性、永恒的创造性。中庸的调和性,是现代人格的主要特征,也是我们建构现代人格的努力目标。

The construction of modern personality is a dif icult through remoulding process in the development of a nationality. It is a dominant but more recessive and gradual changing process. It is a critical task given to us by our times. The globa lization of economy, the mulitplicity of culture and the complication of people's associations require us to reform our personality. Now, obvious subject, generous openness, perpetual creativity and mean har-mony are the main characteristics of modern personality. These characteristics are also our aims to build modern pers onality.
