摘要
冲突是一种对抗性的人际互动形式,对冲突的管理是企业基础性的管理工作。结合企业管理实际,分析了冲突的内涵和特点,指出了冲突对企业管理带来的负面影响及其测定方式,阐述了冲突管理的一般框架,并就冲突管理中常见的问题进行了探讨。
Conflict is a kind of antagonistic human interaction,conflict management is a fundamental work of enterprise management.On the basis of the practice of enterprise management,this paper has analyzed the contents and characteristics of conflict,and has pointed out the negavtive functions it gives to management and the measurement of it.The general analysis frame of conflict has also been given,and the frequently occured problems of conflict management has also been discussed.
