The Status and Operation of University in the NTTS

从新的视角,即在国家技术转移系统中重新审视和定位了大学的作用。主要内容包括,技术转移的内涵、国家技术转移系统的构成以及大学的独特作用,并在此基础上提出了政策建议。

As we usually speaking,the traditional colleges or universities have two funcitons;knowledge produciton and personnel coltivation.The dissertation from an new view surveys and orientates the operations of them in the National Technology Transfer System(NTTS).The most contents include as follows:the connotation of Technology Transfer,the constitutes of NTTS and the actions the university in the NTTS.At last,the author comes out suggestions.
