采用高NA单镜的下一代光盘系统

摘要 下一代光盘系统将采用青紫激光(LD)和高NA物镜。作为该系统用的物镜,开发了NA=0.85的单镜头。为实现一向被视为难题的高NA单镜头,设计制作了性能良好的镜头。用该镜头测量了容量为25GB(120mm)的光盘系统的基本特性,并确认采用该单镜头的光头具有充分的工作性能,且镜头的安装性能良好。 The next generation disc system will use the violet LD and the high NA physical lens. As the physical lens, t dvelops the NA=0.85 single lens. In order to realize the high NA physical lens, the stylists produce the excellent capability lens. They apply the lens to check the disc system with capacity of 25GB(120mm) and confirm that the single lens head has good workingcapability,however, the installation capability of the les is very well.
