摘要
目的 探讨反复呼吸道感染 (RRI)患儿骨代谢状态。方法 对 11例RRI患者的血清钙(ICa)、骨钙素、胶原纤维降解产物水平进行检测。结果 RRI患者血清钙偏低 ,骨钙素水平降低 ,胶原纤维降解产物升高。结论 RRI患者存在骨代谢异常 ,提示机体存在维生素D缺乏 ,是患者易感染因素之一。
Objective To investigate the change of bone metabolism in children with RRI.Methods The concentrations of serum calcium,osteocalcin and crosslaps were measured in 11 children with RRI.Results Serum calcium and osteocalcin were much lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Concentrations of serum crosslaps markedly increased compared with that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion There are the abnormalities of bone metabolism in childrens with RRI,which show the vitamin D deficiency that is one of the factor of RRI in patients.
