鄞县中小学生意外伤害研究

Study on Accidental Injuries of Pupils and Students in Primary and Middle Schools in Yinxian County, Zhejiang

[目的 ]了解我县中小学生意外伤害现况及常见的意外伤害种类和原因 ,为干预措施提供依据。 [方法 ]采用随机整群抽样方法 ,调查 11所学校 10 5 6 8名中小学生在过去 1年中的意外伤害情况。 [结果 ]1年内有 12 0 7名学生发生意外伤害 175 7次 ,总发生率为 16 .6 3%。发生率以跌伤 (5 .95 % )、碰撞伤 (2 .5 5 % )、刀割伤 (2 .4 0 % )为高 ;初中生发生率最高 ,男生高于女生 ;意外伤害主要在运动和玩耍时发生。有 39.0 4 %的病例去医院门诊 ,1.35 %病例住院治疗 ,平均每例需休息 3.2 4天 ,活动受限 4 .5 3天 ,缺课 0 .91天 ,直接医疗经费约 14 9元。其父母文化程度与职业对子女伤害发生率有一定关系。 [结论 ]伤害在中小学生中常见、多发 。

To study the accidental injury incidence among pupils and middle school students and the causes of common injuries in Yinxian, Zhejiang Cluster sampling was adopted for retrospective study for injuries of 10 568 students in 11 primary and middle schools during last year 1 207 students suffered 1 757 times of varied injuries last year Total incidence was 16 63% The highest rate was in junior middle school students and the incidence in boys was higher than girls The leading causes were falling (5 95%), collision (2 55%)and knife cutting (2 40%) They occurred mainly during sports and playing time 39 04% cases visited hospital as out-patients with 1 35% hospitalized, resulting in 148 89 Yuan (mean) spent per case, 3 24 days resting, 4 53 days action limit and 0 91 days absence for school The occupations and education levels of their parents were related with the injury incidence [Conclusion] Accidental injuries are frequently among pupils and middle school students and could seriously affect their health and the families Some intervention measures should be taken, such as health education and promotion and so on
