从医学的特点看医师的修养

To consider physicians' accomplishment from the point of view of medical characteristics

从科学发展的相对性、临床医学的社会性、医学科学的特殊性、疾病的个体差异性、临床诊治的探索性、医务工作的风险性、接诊病人的艺术性、医患目标的一致性以及医学宣传的片面性等方面 ,简要地归纳了医学科学的总体特点。在当前阶段 ,加强医务人员对医学总体特点的认识 ,全面提高医师素质 ,并通过卫生科普宣传提高公众对医学特点的认识 ,有利于提高诊治水平 。

The general characteristics of medical sciences would be summed up in this paper in view of relativity of science development, sociality of clinical practice, particularity of medical sciences, individuality of a disease, uncertainty of clinical diagnosis and treatment, risk-bearing of medical acts, artistry of admission procedure, identity of health care receivers' and providers' goals and one-sidedness of publicity on medical techniques. At present, it would be beneficial to the improvement of medical diagnosis and treatment, and settlement of contradictions between medical care receivers and providers to deepen understanding of these characteristics among medical professionals, as to improve in an all-round way the quality of physicians. Popular science program about health is also required to raise the public awareness of the characteristics.
