摘要
投资主体问题是中小企业融资担保的一个基本问题。从投资的一般规律出发,结合中小企业的地位和特点,分析了中小企业融资担保政府投资与企业投资的现实性,并在此基础上讨论了企业投资的前置条件和政府投资的杠杆效应,最后探讨了我国中小企业融资担保难的投资原因和相应对策。
The question About investment persons is a basic question about guarantee to fund raising for small and medium scale enterprises.The paper analyzes the reality about govenment and enterprises investment in guarantee to fund raising for small and medium scale enterpriss according to the basic investment law and the peculiarity of small and medium scale enterprises,and discusses the essential condition about enterprises investment and the lever effect about government imvestment.At last,it explores the reason and relational countermeasures against the difficulty of guarantee to fund raising for small and medium sale enterprises in our country.
