The main factors affecting the measurement uncertainty of the national primary viscosity are temperature, time, surface tension, air buoyancy and dynamic energy. The expanded uncertainty was 0. 038%-0. 40% according to the re-measurement results of national primary viscosity equipments in 2002 and the conditions of newly modified primary equipments.
