从苦皮藤CelastrusangulatusMax .根皮中分离出 5个对粘虫Mythimnaseparata (Walker)具有毒杀活性的新化合物 .经高分辨质谱和核磁共振谱鉴定其结构为 1α,2α ,6 β 三乙酰氧基 4 β 羟基 8α 异丁酰氧基 9β 呋喃甲酰氧基 13 异戊酰氧基 β 二氢沉香呋喃 (1) ,1α ,2α ,6 β 三乙酰氧基 4 β 羟基 8α ,13 二异丁酰氧基 9β 苯甲酰氧基 β 二氢沉香呋喃 (2 ) ,1α ,2α ,6 β 三乙酰氧基 4 β 羟基 8α 异丁酰氧基 9β 苯甲酰氧基 13 异戊酰氧基 β 二氢沉香呋喃 (3) ,1α ,6 β ,8α ,13 四乙酰氧基 2α 羟基 9α 苯甲酰氧基 β 二氢沉香呋喃 (4) ,1α ,2α 二乙酰氧基 4 β ,6 β 二羟基 8β 异丁酰氧基 9α 苯甲酰氧基 13 异戊酰氧基 β 二氢沉香呋喃 (5 ) .它们对5龄粘虫的致死中量LD50 分别为 91 4 ,2 71 5 ,16 8 8,388 0和 135 3μg/g .
Five new sesquiterpene polyol esters with insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata were isolated from the root bark of Celastrus angulatus by bioassay-guided fractionation. Their structures were assigned as 1alpha,2alpha,6beta-triacetoxy-8alpha-isobutanoyloxy-9beta-(beta-furancarbonyloxy)-13-(alpha-methyl) butanoyloxy-4beta-hydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (1), 1alpha,2alpha,6beta-triacetoxy-8alpha,13-diisobutanoyloxy-9beta-benzoyloxy-4beta-hydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran(2), 1alpha,2alpha,6beta-triacetoxy-8alpha-isobutanoyloxy-9beta-benzoyloxy-13-(alpha-methyl) butanoyloxy-4beta-hydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (3), 1alpha,6beta,8alpha,13-tetraacetoxy-9alpha-benzoyloxy-2alpha-hydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (4) and 1alpha,2alpha-diacetoxy-8beta-isobutanoyloxy-9alpha-benzoyloxy-13-(alpha-methyl) butanoyloxy-4beta,6beta-dihydroxy-beta-dihydroagarofuran (5) based mainly on NMR and MS spectral data. The LD50 values for compounds 1 5 against Mythimna separata were 91.4, 271.5, 168.8, 388.0 and 135.3 mug, respectively.
