摘要
报道了测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量的一种改进方法。面粉直接以石油醚萃取 ,采用Shim PackVP ODS色谱柱 (0 46cmi d × 1 5cm ,5μm~ 6μm) ,以乙腈 体积分数为 0 3 %的磷酸水溶液 (体积比为 4∶1 )为流动相 ,流速1 0mL/min ,检测波长 2 36nm。在此色谱条件下 ,过氧化苯甲酰和苯甲酸的质量浓度分别和其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,过氧化苯甲酰的线性范围为 0 0 0 2 g/L~ 0 0 1 2 g/L(r =0 9995) ,最小检测量为 0 0 0 5g/kg;苯甲酸的线性范围为 0 0 0 2g/L~ 0 0 1 2g/L (r =0 9993) ,最小检测量为 0 0 1g/kg。将该法用于面粉中过氧化苯甲酰的分析 ,样品无需还原便可直接定量 ,简单方便。
An improved method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour is reported. Benzoyl peroxide was extracted with petroleum ether, and then analysed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography on a Shim Pack VP ODS column (0 46 cm i d ×15 cm, 5 μm-6 μm) using a mobile phase of acetonitrile 0 3%H 3PO 4 aqueous solution (4∶1 in volume ratio) with a flow rate of 1 0 mL/min ,and UV 236 nm detection. A linear correlation was observed between 0 002 g/L -0 012 g/L of benzoyl peroxide. The detection limit was 0 005 g/kg . This proposed method without redox reaction is superior to colorimetric determination. This method is characterized with simplicity, convenience, reproducibility and accuracy.
