马尾松家系的叶绿素含量和气孔形态的研究

STUDY ON CHLOROPHYLL CONTENT AND STOMATA MORPHOLOGY OF PINUS MASSONIANA

对马尾松 (Pinusmassoniana) 10个家系的叶绿素含量和气孔形态进行了测定、分析和比较。结果表明 :闽北种源比闽西南种源叶绿素含量高 ,叶绿素a/b值低 ;气孔密度和孔径呈负相关 ,10个家系气孔多呈凹状 ,少数呈突起状。

Chlorophyll content and morphology of stomata of ten strains of Pinus massoniana were determined,analysed and compared.Results are as follows:Chlorophyll content from strains of north Fujian is higher than those from west north Fujian,while chlorophyll a/b value is lower.Stomata density is negatively correlated with stomata diameter.Stomata from most strains are of concave shape,while a few are of convex shape.
